  Suzy & Helar make 7am rehab so much better! After tearing my ACL I was scared to start rehab. I’ve only heard of how painful the rehabilitation process was and was honestly so scared. Boy was I wrong! Suzy has magical hands that helped make my knee feel so much better even in just the first visit. She has provided me with so many helpful tools to guide me along this long recovery. Even doing excercises are so much fun with Helar as we sing and dance to make the time fly by! I highly recommend PMR ⭐️
